About Team Shadow

Team Shadow began in the late Spring of 2007. At that time, we were a small group of Team In Training alums living the the Bay Area who were unable for one reason or another to join the Team In Training summer program. We still wanted to continue our workouts, so we created "Team Shadow".  We started off as a simple email distribution list, but as our members grew closer, we decided to add the website, jerseys, group socials, and more.

Now, we're a larger group of friends and triathletes.  And yes, we are still huge supporters of Team In Training! We encourage all of our members to participate and to continue to support Team in Training.  Team in Training's mission to to cure leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin's disease and myeloma, and improve the quality of life of patients and their families is a cause that is close to all of us.

Team Shadow is, simply put, a group of friends and triathletes in the Bay Area. Our goal is to create a friendly atmosphere for our members to create and attend member led workouts, to share info, to foster friendships, and to support the local community and Team in Training.

We thank all of our sponsors their generosity and support!
